4个有效瘦腿方法 ,一起动一动 (4 easy step to have a beautiful leg)

如果你还在为你的粗腿而故叹自怜,不如行动起来,只要几个简单的动作,只要坚持你就能拥有美腿了,与其有时间在望洋兴叹还不如做点实际,动起来吧,随时随地都瘦腿,美腿总不会还远离你。

1. 踮脚瘦小腿(standing with tiptoe)
